Even if I work with different clients, I got more or less always asked the same questions. I created this collection of Q&A just for you.
“If you are not sick and tired of repeating exactly what your company does then you are not saying it enough.”
Digital strategies F.A.Q.
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest: do I need a profile on all of them? How do social media work?
You need a social media strategy, an editorial calendar and some content which should be specific to your brand and products. You don’t need a profile on every channel.
Are followers the most important KPIs for social media marketing?
Yes and not, depends on your goal.
How do I know who are my potential customers? How do I reach out to them?
There are many channels you can use to boost traffic and drive acquisition, but again it depends on your business/product, your audience and the goals you want to reach.
You should learn as much as you can about them, creating personas and qualitative analysis.
How Google Adwords work? What’s my CPA?
Again, it depends on. We need to understand other business related metrics and test out the channel.
Do I need a blog or a Facebook page is enough?
I strongly advise a blog on Medium or WordPress (better) as it will be your own independent platform.
Especially now, that Facebook keeps changing its algorithm.
About me F.A.Q
How long have you been working on digital marketing?
I started working in digital marketing in 2010, I have experience with corporates, SMEs, tech startups and professionals.
What do you like about growth hacking?
The fact that there’s always something new to learn and to do: every project is so different. You’re always doing something new, even if the channel is the same.
Do you know how to manage FB and Instagram campaigns?
Yes, I’ve done that with a few startups, mainly focusing on optimisation rather than on bug budgets (average around £5,000 per month).
